So, yes, you will have to wait for an Acer version of 3.1 unless you want to root the device and flash it with either a leaked ROM (which I did) or a ROM ported from another device. Incidentally, the Acer version of 3.1 is out in several countries, but not in India yet. (I am referring to Honeycomb 3.1 in the rest of this reply).
